comments: IHOP is horrible. We were waiting 20 minutes before anyone even came to seat us, and it wasn't even busy! once we sat down it took the waitress half hour to even take our order. Looking around there wasn't even one staff member on the floor. After we finally ordered it took them 45 minutes to bring out the food. I ordered the french toast which was badly burnt and they tried to hide the burnt taste by smothering it in strawberry glaze. The rest of the food wasn't even what we ordered. I had ordered scrambled eggs and I swear to god there was a cracked raw egg on my plate. needless to say the food sucked, the service sucked. We were there for about 2 hours and didnt get refills on our juice or water once! The bill was about $30. I decided to pay $5 and get the hell out of there. which might I mention wasn't hard to do with no employees in the whole restaurant.

comments: Great service. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Pancakes were tasty and fluffy. Overall, our experience was excellent.

comments: Waited 55 minutes after ordering, was told 4 times order would be right out. Finally gave up and left without eating. Manager said order was never placed but everyone in group was served but one person ( the one paying) will never go back or recommend
