Comments: This place is a such a dump. I used to really enjoy the boneless chicken back in the day, but now the boneless chicken is a grease laden heart attack waiting to happen. I tried giving them one more chance after they adjusted their prices hoping that meant the owners were changing things for the bettter. Nope! During my last visit I watched as one of the cooks grabbed already cooked boneless chicken and katsu and dump it right back in fryer to heat it up, no gloves, sweat pouring from her head, coughing all over everything. Quality control people! Rather than ask for my $$ back I just threw the plate in the trash and left. I'm never going back to that dump. Gross!!

Comments: Both kinds chicken tasted like days-old fish, like somebody never clean the fryer. New girl on the counter got order all jammed up, like regular Pepsi instead of diet and to go instead of eat there. To go package never have forks and knives or napkins and other counter girl got an attitude when we asked for some. Grindz was finest kine here not that long ago. WHAT HAPPENED?

Comments: I usually patronize the Industrial Area location (Hilo), and I guess it was a particular busy night. Usually the service is fast, but my order took awhile to produce, but at least it wasn't forgotten. My only gripe is that whenever pork is part of the menu, it is always salty, no matter which location. And like a loyal patron, I figure it was only a 'one-time' thing. But to my disappointment, my pork dish was salty. I'll order anything else on the menu, but I stay away from the pork dishes.

Comments: Ive been to the downtown, industrial, and orchidland drive-inns and i think i particularly like the industrial the most. The counter girls are charming-they dont just take your order and hand it out, they seem to genuinely care about their customers and are always smiling and laughing-it seems like a fun place to work! The food is also great, I have my favorites and always want to try new things-but i think my favorite is the fried saimin delux, large of course, the korean boneless or korean katsu chicken, beef curry stew, and the chili cheese fries.

Comments: Greasy!!! They leave the chicken skin on and it's super fatty. Not good for your health. I didn't have any problems with the service. The slush float was good. They give a lot of vanilla ice cream. Husband liked the cheeseburger he had.
