Comments: My friend ordered a sandwich, and after he had taken a big bit out of it, dicovered the bread on the underside was covered with green & blue mold! He got a new sandwich, sans the mold, and wasn't charged for it.

Comments: We have ordered quite a few different things from their menu, but we usually go there especifically when we feel a need for 'liver & onions'...which we do once in a while...They are the only place in Hilo that makes a decent liver & onions. I must say that when we first started eating there, years ago, the veggies side dish was awful..just boiled and tasteless frozen veggies. They are still not serving exceptional side veggies, but much better than they used to. We have always found the service very good and friendly.
